Exclusive Techno Split technology uses two structures on the concrete splitting machine. The external structure allows a more precise guide of the descent of the upper blade and allows the splitting action from bottom to top, offering a significant improvement in the quality of processing.

The concrete splitting plant can be loaded and unloaded using a Techno Split pneumatic gripper, specifically designed for handling concrete blocks. Once the “START” button is pressed, the splitting cycle starts automatically.

Working Cycle Description

Once the concrete blocks have been loaded using a Techno Split pneumatic gripper, the pusher feeds the row of blocks beneath the splitting machine, automatically executing all the operations programmed in the selected recipe. After splitting, the finished products are automatically aligned on the outgoing slat conveyor to facilitate unloading. Block feeding accuracy is ensured by a servo motor.
