Automatic concrete block splitting plant TS 120/40 120T with palletisers for loading and unloading operations

The TS 120/40-120T Splitting & Palletising line is an automatic line for splitting concrete blocks of various shapes and sizes, both solid and hollow, and is designed to manage every stage of the process automatically: feeding, handling, positioning, splitting and re-palletising the finished products.

The distinctive U-shaped configuration and the use of two splitting machines make it possible to split all four faces of each block in a single processing cycle. The line is designed to handle processing waste and quality control of the finished products automatically, reducing manual intervention by the operator and avoiding problems during palletising of the finished products.
The blades of both TS 120/40-120T splitting machines are 1,200 mm long; the machines have a usable passage height of 400 mm and a splitting force of 120 tonnes.
The bottom-up splitting technology promotes uniform distribution of force across the product. The dual-frame structure precisely guides the movement of the upper blade, improving control during processing.
This technology produces high-quality split surfaces, even where the concrete blocks have natural irregularities.
