AUTOMATIC CONCRETE SPLITTING LINE
A line designed for splitting concrete blocks, suitable for high production capacities. The line is equipped with two splitting machines and a rotary table positioned between them, allowing the blocks to be rotated through 90°. It is therefore possible to split one face of each block first, rotate the blocks and split the other side, producing blocks with all four sides split.
Automatic removal of processing waste from both splitting machines. Manual loading and unloading of products using vertical cranes equipped with pneumatic grippers with two or four jaws.
