High performance automatic concrete splitting line, sturdy and reliable, it is able to produce large quantities of top quality split concrete blocks.

Exclusive Techno Split technology uses two structures on the concrete splitting machine. The external structure allows a more precise guide of the descent of the upper blade and allows the splitting action from bottom to top, offering a significant improvement in the quality of processing.

The advance of the blocks under the splitter blade, the evacuation of technical waste, the rotation of the bench to allow processing on the remaining two faces of the block, are fully automatic while the loading and unloading operations are managed by a pre-existing gripper on the customer’s premises.

The concrete splitting line is built with only the best components on the market, able to guarantee precision and high performance.

The whole structure is appropriately oversized in order to be long-lasting while optional extras, such as the side blades penetrating the block simultaneously with the upper and lower blade, further improve the quality of the finished product.

Description of the work cycle of concrete splitting line

Once the blocks to be split have been loaded on the inlet conveyor, the pusher bars push the block under the splitter blade, performing all the splits envisaged by the recipe and evacuating any technical waste.

The semi-finished blocks are taken to the outlet rotating table, which by lifting and turning through 90 degrees positions the blocks with the face still to be processed under the blade that will make the splits.

The finished blocks with the 4 split block faces return to the inlet conveyor where the pusher bars will push the blocks all the way down the line in order to facilitate unloading with a pneumatic or automatic gripper.
