High performance automatic concrete splitting line, sturdy and reliable, it is able to produce large quantities of top quality split concrete blocks.
Exclusive Techno Split technology uses two structures on the concrete splitting machine. The external structure allows a more precise guide of the descent of the upper blade and allows the splitting action from bottom to top, offering a significant improvement in the quality of processing.
The concrete splitting plant can be loaded and unloaded with the aid of two pneumatic grippers manufactured by Techno Split and therefore more suitable for concrete blocks.
Compared to the basic model, this splitting system is capable of evacuating technical waste automatically. Another feature that distinguishes it from the basic model is the pass-through chain system. Two sets of chains with brushless motor-controlled feed connect the machine’s infeed and outfeed tables, ensuring much more precise positioning of the blocks under the blades.
The concrete splitting plant needs two operators: one for loading the blocks and the other for unloading. Once the “START” button is pressed, the splitting cycle starts automatically, including the evacuation of technical waste.

Description of the work cycle of concrete splitting line
Using a jib crane, the blocks to be split are loaded onto the loading table. As the table is independent of the production line, the blocks can be loaded continuously without interrupting the automatic processing cycle. This table is equipped with a pusher bar, which pushes the blocks onto the conveyor at the entry to the splitting machine. From this point onwards, two sets of chains pass through the line to the outfeed table. Pusher bars are mounted on the chains. The pusher bars position the blocks under the blades of the machine. Once the splits provided for in the recipe have been made, the processed blocks are taken to the outfeed table, unless there is technical waste to be evacuated automatically. In this case, the table opens and drops the waste onto the rubber belts placed under the splitting machine. The finished products, on the other hand, are taken to the unloading conveyor where they are unloaded with the help of the jib crane equipped with a Techno Split pneumatic gripper. All the system parameters such as block feed speed, splitting recipes and so on are set via a 10″ colour operator panel.
