AUTOMATIC SPLITTING LINE

A high-performance, robust and reliable automatic splitting line is capable of producing high quantities of first-class split concrete blocks.

The unique Techno Split technology uses two structures on the splitting machine. The external structure allows a more precise downward guidance of the upper blade and enables splitting action from the bottom upwards, which significantly improves the quality of processing.

The system can be loaded and unloaded with the help of two pneumatic grippers manufactured by Techno Split and therefore more suitable for concrete blocks. The system requires two operators: one to load the blocks and the other operator to unload them. Once the “START” button is pressed, the splitting cycle starts automatically.
The system is built with only the best components on the market to guarantee precision and excellent performance.

The entire structure is suitably oversized for durability, while optional extras such as side blades penetrating the upper and lower blades in the block at the same time further enhance the quality of the finished product.

Description of the work cycle

Having loaded the blocks onto the slat conveyor, the blocks are brought to the splitting machine infeed, the pusher pushes the block to be split under the machine blades and performs all the splits set in the recipe. The rows of blocks are reshaped on the outfeed roller conveyor to facilitate unloading.
The precision of the block feed is ensured by a servomotor mounted on the electromechanical pusher.
