Automatic Concrete blocks splitting line TS 120/40 120T & robot
Mod. TS 120/40 120T Splitting & Robot
AUTOMATIC CONCRETE SPLITTING LINE
High performance automatic concrete splitting line, sturdy and reliable, it is able to produce large quantities of top-quality split products.
Exclusive Techno Split technology uses two structures on the concrete splitting machine.
The external structure allows a more precise guide of the descent of the upper blade and allows the splitting action from bottom to top, offering a significant improvement in the quality of processing.
The concrete splitting line is built with only the best components on the market, able to guarantee precision and high performance.
The whole structure is appropriately oversized in order to be long-lasting while optional extras, such as the side blades penetrating the block simultaneously with the upper and lower blade, further improve the quality of the finished product.

Description of the work cycle of concrete splitting line
Up to 4 EUR-pallets of raw blocks at a time are loaded onto the 9-metre-long conveyor that feeds the robot. The pallets advance automatically to the area where the robot picks up one layer of blocks at a time and places it on the inlet conveyor of the splitting line. The layer of blocks can be divided into rows, or advance whole to the linear pusher that will push the blocks to be split under the splitting machine. Once splitting has taken place, any technical waste is evacuated automatically. The layer or row of blocks placed on the table will advance to the vertical pusher, which will push them onto the conveyor used for the recomposition of the layer of blocks.
The robot will now be able to pick up the split blocks and place them on the 9-metre long outlet conveyor, able to hold up to 4 pallets at a time. Once the recomposition of the pallets has been completed, the motorised conveyor belt evacuates the finished products from the splitting line.
